 Project Summary
DR Anderson has again partnered with Energy systems for General Construction work on this office addition. Over the past several years, DR Anderson has worked with Energy Systems at both the Howard Street and California Street facilities.
This project consists of a two story office addition and new main entry as well as site improvements including new stairs and site retaining walls. Existing two levels of offices will also be renovated as part of this project.
The project site included some challenges due underground utilities with provide heating and cooling for more than 70% of all buildings in Downtown Omaha. In order to complete site improvements without disrupting these utilities and existing structures, helical piers and geo-foam back fill were utilized. |
