DR Anderson constructed this building adjacent to the existing IBEW offices and meeting hall. This required careful coordination between DR Anderson’s management team and our client, IBEW. This project was successfully completed in phases without any major interruptions or delays in our clients daily operations.

DR Anderson self performed many portions of this project including cast-in-place structural concrete foundation walls as well as interior millwork and trim.

The facility serves as the IBEW’s local headquarters as well as a training facility for their apprentice program. Classroom training facilities were incorporated into this project including an operational emergency generator and equipment room which is exposed for public view.

In addition to the classroom and office facilities the lower portion of the building contains a fully functional credit union facility for IBEW member’s use.
