DR Anderson completed a remodel of the Boys Town Youth Care Building. This project was a complete remodel of approximately 30,000 SF that had not been updated since the 1970’s. The project included two new stairwells from the first to the basement level, an elevator restoration, all new mechanical equipment, electrical, lighting, data, flooring, curved architectural ceilings, glass handrail, all wood trim, new bathrooms, doors, hardware, casework, windows, and a court yard renovation. The project was completed on-time and under budget.
